She currently works as a Broker, Realtor, and Loan Officer in the Bay Area, California.
With over 30 years of experience in Real Estate and Mortgage, Pallavi has facilitated over $300 million in transactions, including 1031 Exchanges, Retirement Fund Investments, Commercial Real Estate, Partnerships, Property Flips, and Rehabs.
Her extensive expertise includes strategic financial planning, blending income, real estate, loans, and retirement funds for high returns, minimizing tax liabilities through effective tax sheltering, and facilitating 1031 Exchanges while collaborating with tax professionals. She also specializes in leveraging retirement funds for real estate investments, ensuring optimal financial growth, a strong legacy, and financial security for future generations.
Currently, Pallavi manages over $70 million in commercial properties, including apartment buildings in Chicago, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia, and Tennessee.
